• Validate Google Analytics implementation across web, mobile, and connected TV applications
  • Perform manual testing of websites, iOS and Android mobile apps, and Roku, Fire TV, and AppleTV applications to ensure consistent and correct tracking across platforms
  • Communicate with development teams to correct any existing defects
  • Work with development teams to ensure tracking of new features conforms to outlined requirements
  • Support the release cycles of the above apps by completing manual regression and new feature testing in a timely fashion
• Standardize and automate Google Analytics regression testing
  • Document and improve upon existing manual test processes
  • Develop a repeatable and automatable test process for regression testing
  • Investigate integration with available test automation tools
  • Create and validate regression testing scripts
• Troubleshoot implementation of Chartbeat, Airship, and other tools to ensure that data passes correctly to other business units

Core Skillset:

·        Understanding of digital tracking and metrics

·        Understanding of manual test procedures using a variety of test devices

·        Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and identify and implement process improvements

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills to report test results in a clear and compelling manner

·        Attention to detail in all aspects of the job

·        Ability to learn quickly and identify key concepts independently

·        Ability to manage time effectively to balance competing urgent priorities

Minimum Qualifications

·        2+ years of debugging/QA experience, preferably with analytics tools.

·        Experience with analytics tools and reporting (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)

·        Basic knowledge of mobile (iOS, Android) and set-top-box (FireTV, tvOS, Roku) ecosystems.

·        Experience using web proxying to inspect desktop and mobile device network traffic.

·        Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate information – both written and verbal – to multiple audience types.

·        Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

·        3+ years of debugging/QA experience, preferably with analytics tools.

·        Experience using tag managers (e.g. Adobe Dynamic Tag Management, Google Tag Manager, Tealium, etc.)

·        Experience with test automation software such as Selenium
