•            Build and maintain websites in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;

•            Maintain, assess, and create Web sites using frameworks (such Bootstrap);

•            Ensure websites and applications meet web accessibility standards;

•            Implement front-end presentations for enterprise applications;

•            Work with back-end application developers and information architects to develop and implement JavaScript for in-house developed enterprise applications;

•            Build agency-specific iterations of enterprise applications;

•            Build and maintain dynamic forms development and implementation, AJAX/JSON development and implementation;

•            Communicating risks and issues to project management;

•            Using best practices for development;

•            Perform unit testing and fixes during testing phase;

•            Create/document deployment procedures;

•            Create/document operational procedures.

The resource will be responsible for the following deliverables:

•            All documentation regarding website development

           o UI/UX Design wireframes, prototypes and/or visual prototypes

           o HTML& CSS Data-flow Diagram

           o UI Development

•            Build and unit tested modules for the system

•            Use cases and misuse cases for handoff to QA team
