·                 Coordinate and oversee big data development by offshore (India) team members and distribution schedule to ensure timely delivery to customers.

·                 Ensuring the highest quality on every project/request. Responsible for error resolution, follow up and performance metrics monitoring.         

·                 Convert concepts to technical architecture, design and implementation

·                 Implement Batch and Real-time data curation processes on the Hadoop platform using diverse data source and target systems with structured and unstructured datasets

·                 Design and build data solutions with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and high-reliability

·                 Experience of using tools such as Spark Scala, HIVE and Impala to implement data pipelines

·                 Code, test, and document new or modified data systems to create robust and scalable applications for data analytics

·                 Contribute to building a team of top-performing data technology professionals

·                 Unit testing, Support System Testing and UAT 

·                 Code optimization / tuning under guidance from Architects

·                 Perform peer reviews

·                 Excellent problem solving skills

·                 Self-motivated, takes initiative to identify, communicate, and resolve potential issues

Experience with Healthcare Payer related data implementations

Proficient in Spark Scala, HIVE , Impala
