Good hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ 8.0
Candidate should have 2+ years’ experience with Identity Management product - SailPoint with troubleshooting skills and L3 Support or any application support experience, preferably with enterprise security software product companies.
Candidate should have done internship and possess software development experience with an object-oriented language.
Proven ability to listen and empathize with the client's situation, understanding of when to employ different interpersonal interaction techniques depending on the situation.
