Minimum 6 + years IT experience across Business Analysis or Development or Quality assurance areas
Minimum 3+ years in Robotic Process Automation projects using industry leading RPA technology like - UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere
Experience working as Business Systems Analyst in Banking & Financial domain IT projects, especially Bank Operations areas like Contact Center and Back Office
Proficient in Conceptual Process Redesign
Analytical skills, problem solving skills.
BA tools and techniques
Strong experience in analyzing and documenting business processes
Experience in understanding and transcribing technical flows, data, and system analysis.
Working knowledge of SQL
Experience working in Agile framework.
Stakeholder management, communication skills, learning oriented, consensus building.
Experience working in a global delivery model, multivendor ecosystem
