 leading all Quality Assurance (QA) activities to ensure accurate campaign delivery,

• Coordinate with CDMs to proactively identify any data gaps to minimize business impact and improve productivity,

• Managing end-to-end operations and perform various Campaign Monitoring activities for both Consumer & HCP.

• Providing strategic guidance to the team on how to best operationalize initiatives to facilitate flawless campaign execution,

• Leading all data exchange enhancements that involves IRMA for all Omi-channel campaign execution and

• Providing SME support for all new projects that are part of the Omi-channel Digital Marketing initiatives.
