• Ability to create system documentation for ongoing system management;

• Systems automation and curl;

• Troubleshooting, debugging, and diagnostic skills in a complex IT environment;

• Experience with Splunk product installation, integration & support;

• Working knowledge of web security best practices;

• Ability to perform complete Splunk environment installs, filter data, and manage indexes;

• Advanced knowledge and experience with Splunk architecture;

• Self-motivated and self-educating, yet willing and able to work collaboratively with both customers and fellow team members;

• Experience creating, and maintaining Splunk applications;

• Experience with SDLC lifecycles and tooling is a plus;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

• Requires at least four years of recent experience in an operations production support role;

• Ability to manage multiple work streams without missing key deadlines;

• Should be comfortable working in Linux/Unix environment as well as Windows;

• Excellent team building and leadership skills.
