- Proven experience and end to end knowledge on Design, development, Scale-out and delivery of Power BI Projects and Provide consulting and implementation services to customer analytics and COE team.
- Prior experience of developing performance optimized BI dashboards/reports with data stories and visualization.
- Analyze and build Power BI datasets/reports for self-service BI.
- Design reviews and recommendations on building smart Power BI reports for scalability and ease of maintenance.
- Work with diverse, cross-functional teams of designers, UX researchers, engineers, product managers in a fast, collaborative process.
- Build Power BI training material and conduct BI adoption session/trainings (comprehensive) to business users and
- Proven Experience and exposure with various cloud and on premise DBMS (Azure Synapse, Teradata, Oracle, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, etc.)
- Persuasive communication skills for presenting to all customer levels across the Business and IT
Required Qualifications (5 – 8 bullet points on must have skills)
- Strong knowledge of Power BI Developement/Integration scenarios, Governance, self-service BI implementation.
- Strong exposure on design patterns on business analytics on cloud and ability to influence business/IT on adopting to modern BI platform (power BI).
- Consulting background – preferably as BI COE architect/consultant.
- Hands on experience working with Power BI – report builder (paginated reports)
- Hands on experience on Power Automate/Power Apps
- Excellent communication skills – ability to conduct learning/training sessions.
- Working knowledge of data warehousing ecosystem (e.g. Data sources / ETL / Data warehouse / Data marts). Understanding of different types of schemas (OLTP vs. OLAP, star, snowflake, etc.)
- Working knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Talend etc.
- Must have proven experience on BI, Analytics and visualization platforms: ThoughtSpot, PowerBI, Qlik, OBIEE, SSRS etc.
- In-depth experience as Power BI consultant/developer role is mandatory.
