Developing a BI platform in Oracle that will leverage MicroStrategy for reporting. The reporting will be used to analyze Climate Control data to measure the clients use of Greenhouse gases to help track their carbon footprint. Analysts will leverage this BI platform when presenting reports to executives and leadership (high visibility).

·         Build and setup BI MicroStrategy platform in Oracle 18c

                            This person won’t be developing MicroStrategy reports, they will just be developing the platform                   MicroStrategy integrates with  

·         SSIS for job scheduling and PL/SQL used to develop stored procedures

·         Normalizing data structures as data is coming in daily

·         Needs strong understanding of databases and BI tools- knowing how to build data structures so BI teams can leverage data

·         MicroStrategy is a plus.

                            Other complicated reporting tools PowerBI/Cognos/Business Objects are translatable.

·         Oracle, PL/SQL - Database development

·         Knowledge of BI and Database fundamentals

·         Some type of reporting tool knowledge but doesn’t have to be development- MicroStrategy, PowerBI, Cognos, BO, Tableau, etc
