Salesforce Service Cloud - The company is going through a post merger transformation program. Its an exciting program that will leverage Salesforce - Sales, CPQ, Billing, and Service; Azure for Data warehouse; Microsoft Dynamics 365 for ERP.

The company is looking for a data migration Specialist to assist the client in data transformation/migration between two salesforce instances. The resource will need to understand as-is processing and data in order to develop to-be data and document mapping. The role will be responsible for the following:

- Work with a team of resources to assess current state data structures

- Work in collaboration with functional lead to understand the future state solution

- Identify and document data migration requirements

- Develop data and document migration designs

- Support the development and testing of the migrations

Knowledge of Salesforce communities/experience cloud, Knowledge, and community user onboarding
