SAS: Able to write SAS Programs from scratch until finished state to support Project needs. Able to Understand existing (simple to complex) SAS Programs and be able to change as needed. Any SAS Mainframe experience and SAS Programming certifications is a plus.
SQL: ‘HANDS ON’ experience in writing simple to complex select statements.
Database: Oracle (mainly) and others are nice to have; Experience in writing SQLs in SQL Developer and SQL Server
