- Heavy documentation for this project – must have expert Business Analysis skills with strong QA skills
- Business Analysis is the main focus, however QA Testing skills are preferred as well
- Must be able to produce very detailed and in depth documentation
- Requirement gathering needed
- Working independently needed
- Test functionality and create test scripts
- Strong experience setting up test data in the backend (Strong SQL background needed)
- Work with offshore and lead some testing efforts
- Must understand business requirements, defines tests suites, manually validates functionality, develops automated test cases
- Define and document detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test strategies, plans and test cases
- Define and coordinate release management for software releases
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
