- 7+ years of experience and strong working knowledge of ServiceNow platform
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow workflows or Flow Designer
- Experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow out-of-box application (GRC application a plus)
- 2+ years of experience with scripted REST APIs
- Experience educating internal or external customers in best practice design
- Experience migrating data into ServiceNow applicaiton
- Experience working with ServiceNow in a large enterprise, Agile team experience
