A bachelor's degree in one of the computer science fields or in management information systems, or four (4) years of work experience in IT, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation. 

10-12+ years of experience

• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant business management principles.

• Excellent attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.

• Knowledge of version control tools like Git, TFS.

• Knowledge of ANSI SQL and database technology (MySQL/Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle).

• Knowledge of application design, development, testing, documentation, and implementation.

• Working knowledge of word processing tools and other relevant software packages.

• Ability to provide exceptional client service, research and resolve issues, and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning.

• Ability to turn complex concepts into simple language.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to analyse and interpret technical data to draw business-relevant conclusions.
