43805 - HPR - Senior SQL Developer – 8+  years

Need candidates already in  CST/EST time zone only

Need to finance/financials/banking industry experience as a SQL Developer

1. What skills would the candidate have in their background that would enable them to come in and do this job day one?
   1. Strong SQL Developer
   2. Front end – VB.Net and Winforms.
2. Additional needs/experience:
   1. Having experience from a financial space/perspective.
   2. Self sufficient
   3. Sr. level to come in and hit the ground running.
3. Breakdown of responsibilities:
   1. 100% going through SQL, understanding and documenting, coming up with recommendations revolving around performance improvements, and implementing those improvements.
4. Additional information related to position:
   1. There is a long history of FM ERP system that is a home grown app built in SQL and a ton of stored procs, every night it contains a lot of large databases and the problem they have it runs on ETL/SSIS every night and the ETL's are taking too long.
   2. They have had others come in and help optimize it and they have not addressed the core problem, the number of transactions daily changes and over time its making the ETL run longer

Current developer is going to be partially cooperative, so he/she needs to be able to dive in
