CGI is in need of an Oil & Gas Project Managers to plan, control and execute a project or set of related projects to meet identified business needs and deliver business value. The PM will lead small programs of moderate-to-high complexity and risk. Typical program size is 10-20 FTE OR they may potentially lead medium-to-large projects of moderate-to-high complexity and risk. Strong stakeholder management is required, involving coaching and partnering with business stakeholders to validate the programs strategic business case, define success metrics and criteria, and to identify, measure, and sustain planned vs. achieved benefit.

This position is based in Houston, Texas.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong stakeholder management skills - including experience coaching stakeholders
Experience in leading a distributed team 
Oil & Gas industry
Experience: 8+ years in IT with 5+ years of IT Project Management experiences
Typical Project Size: around 20 FTE Additional
Strong Agile and Azure DevOps skills
Prior Telecommunications knowledge strongly preferred (Prior Oil & Gas contractor).
PMP certification is desirable.
