Sr. Business Analyst with strong experience in Health Insurance ( 1 Positions) Skills and Attributes

Min 6-8 years of experience working as a Business Analyst with solid understanding of best practices in the area of Business Analytics

Good experience in Health insurance domains, particularly with provider portal implementations

Experience with both Agile and SCRUM methodology

Proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results

The candidate should have excellent communication skills and should have experience working with cross functional teams on the project.

Ability to lead project teams, and be an escalation point to resolve issues.

Experience working in an onsite/offshore model.

3-4 years of experience in the building provider portals

Effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming / consensus building skills, and interact with executives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to translate product vision into product roadmap
