8 -10 years of professional UX/UI experience, working within an enterprise or agency environment

Bachelor's degree in UX, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field

Experience creating desktop / responsive web applications

Working familiarity with some flavor of UI tools: Figma, Sketch, InVision, Abstract, Zeplin, etc.

Flexibility to handle various design tasks including concepting, research, visual design

Strong communication and conceptual thinking abilities

Experience working directly with subject matter experts, stakeholder teams, or research participants to translate their needs into design outputs

Current online portfolio that demonstrates solving client problems a URL to work examples must be provided for consideration

Experience working within established design systems

Experience in storyboarding/writing, data visualizations, animation, usability studies

Design system and component library experience

Experience with AEM Design Component Library

UX Research

Create UX artifacts, such as interaction models, task flows, personas, wireframes, site maps and user/functional requirements that are relevant to the project

Plan, implement and analyze research, including but not limited to interviews and usability sessions. Act upon feedback to evolve and constantly improve systems and implementations

Knowledge and experience with graphic design. Proficiency with front end UI technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.) and current technologies.

Proficiency with wire-framing and prototyping tools (Axure, Bootstrap, etc.).

Strong design/creative portfolio and online presence expertise
