·         8+ Years of Business Analysis, requirement gathering, gap analysis and bridge the gap between business and technical requirements. 

·         Good understanding of Transportation and Logistics Domain

·         Experience working on EDI Integration projects and  knowledge with EDIFACTS standards  

·         Review, analyze, document system level requirements.

·         Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions.

·         Identify the steps or tasks to support the implementation of requirements.

·         Synthesizing external and internal data and communicating them clearly to stakeholders.

·         Effective coordination with Product Owners

·         Good Coordination and team collaboration and experience in agile delivery model.
