·         Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the software stack

·         Determine root cause for the software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions

·         Maintain and update existing websites and web apps built with MYSQL, PHP, CSS, HTML, and Javascript

·         Assist in task planning, estimation of individual work

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:

 

·         Post-secondary certificate or Associate’s degree in computer services or a related field is required.

·         Minimum 3-5 years related experience required

·         Knowledge of PHP & MySQL

·         Knowledge of HTML5, CSS

·         Experience with PHP objects and classes

·         Exposure to MVC frameworks

·         Exposure to Testing Methodologies (Unit Testing, TDD, etc)

·         Experience implementing and developing API layers

·         Ability to partner and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

·         Experience with Git

·         Ability to think creatively and provide out of the box solutions to problems

 

Preferred Education and Experience

 

·         Bachelor’s degree in computer services or a related field is preferred.

·         Experience with Laravel

·         Experience with AngularJS and/or VueJs framework

·         Experience with Jira or other Agile Development Tools
