  1. ds-on experience Ver 6.x
  2. Tibco EMS in-depth knowledge about queues. topics, bridges, selectors
  3. JMS Concepts and Asynchronous architecture experience
  4. Enterprise architecture and integration experience
  5. Database knowledge- both relational (e.g. Oracle) and nosql db(e.g. Couchbase)
  6. Knowledge of java, java spring, spring boot (added advantage and good to have)
  7. Ability to troubleshoot and mitigate production issues
  8. Able to work in a fast-paced environment (both agile and waterfall)
