·       Automation of test scripts

·       Design and implement testing plans for a variety of software artifacts like web services and java components

·       Create and document testing strategies for features and regression

·       Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team

·       Communicate deficiencies and errors to the development team

·       Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress

·       Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations

·       Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency

·       Perform hands-on testing across platforms

·       Work closely with the Customer Support team to triage and escalate issues reported by our users

·       Work with teams to help evolve software delivery processes

·       Coordinate testing tasks with internal and vendor team members ## Requirements

·       Extensive experience in quality control preferred

·       Experience with Selenium or similar Quality Assurance software center

·       Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, Jenkins, Sonar - or congruent software

·       Keen attention to detail

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Creative and innovative thinker
