·         Good expertise in designing enterprise test automation solutions for varied application platforms.

·         Expertise in designing varied automation framework approaches and solutions for API, UI and legacy mainframe applications.

·         Good expertise in Tosca test automation, execution and maintenance, analyze reports, update scripts and re-execution, defect management and reporting.

·         Good expertise in testing and automating SAP and enterprise applications

·         Good ability to troubleshoot automation issues/ challenges and provide best solutions in automation and maintenance.

·         Ability to identify process gaps and implement best practices and innovate new solutions to improve efficiency and quality of testing.

·         Estimate the effort and time required for the planned activities based on the capacity and constraints.

·         Execute delivery commitments within agreed upon timelines, cost and quality.

·         Take timely corrective actions after analysis whenever newer problems occur.

·         Good written and verbal communication skills to have a healthy discussions with stakeholders convincingly.

·         Train and Mentor the team in best practices of test automation and automated execution.
