·         The candidate will work with multiple teams of developers and stakeholders to convert the business requirements, use cases and the supporting integration documents into a fully functional application that meets user needs.

·         This position will have the opportunity to exercise a variety of skill sets while participating in software development and systems integration projects for a variety of users and stakeholders.

·         The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements gathering tracking, and analysis with an ability to communicate the information to both technical and non-technical professionals.

·         The primary function of this position will involve the evaluation of user needs and development and implementation of technological solutions to solve those needs.

Skills Requirements:

·         Ability to gather and document high level requirements from the business. Ability to understand as-is process and suggest to-be processes

·         Should have prior experience working in Financial Industry and should be comfortable in Financial lingos

·         Strong communication skills with good business acumen

·         Strong understanding of the pros and cons of Scrum based incremental delivery model

·         Experience working in an Agile or Continuous Delivery environment.

·         Hands on experience narrating user stories

·         Understanding of API services a spec. docs will be added advantage
