8+ years experience as IT Business Analyst in the Banking and Financial Services
Data Analyst experience is a MUST
Processing / working with moderate to large data sets in Excel
Experience performing gap analyses (As-Is to Target State)
Working knowledge of SQL is required
Wealth Management experience preferred
Preference to Local candidates from NY/NJ.
Skills Requirements:
Ability to gather and document high level requirements from the business. Ability to understand as-is process and suggest to-be processes
Should have prior experience working in Financial Industry and should be comfortable in Financial lingos
Strong communication skills with good business acumen
Strong understanding of the pros and cons of Scrum based incremental delivery model
Experience working in an Agile or Continuous Delivery environment.
Hands on experience narrating user stories
Understanding of API services a spec. docs will be added advantage.
