Defining the multi-year Marketing & Acquisitions capabilities roadmap.
Partnering with solutions architects to define E2E feature solutions, leading one or more agile development teams to build MarTech and consumer facing capabilities.
Managing delivery of the E2E agenda, including Objectives and Key Results measurement, updates to key stakeholders.
Working with internal customers to understand current constraints and opportunities to develop market leading solutions.
Interacting with cross-functional key stakeholders, including Product Office, Partnership, to understand business needs and translate into capability requirements.
Supporting epic segmentation, prioritize the Acquisitions and Marketing backlog.
Leveraging expertise in capabilities to propose solutions and operating model recommendations to support the growth agenda for USCB.
