·         Must have 8+  years of  experience as SAP FICO  

·         Work experience in Source to RTR process

·         Must have S/4 HANA Experience

·         Strong hands-on PoC skill leveraging HANA Query,  Negotiation skills and ability to achieve consensus with several and diverse set of stakeholders/customers.

·         Strong architecture knowledge with experience in providing technical solution for IT projects.

·         To lead architecture for projects in the Finance space using SAP products (e.g. S/4HANA, BPC, Fiori) and Ford standard architecture patterns.

·         To work with application teams to define, implement and integrate components (examples: hardware, software, requirements for availability, scalability and reliability)

·         To support the application team in the development of the technical design

·         To provide architecture support such as troubleshooting to application performance issues

·         To lead the vendor technical solution evaluation

·         Strong functional and implementation experience of FICO, BPC
