This position will require a qualified Project Manager to take the lead in the following tasks:
- Manage IT Projects to include defining projects, tracking progress and status reporting
- Establish and maintain Project Managements Standards
- Develop a comprehensive project repository to improve the ability to estimate resources for future IT projects
- Establish and maintain an Enterprise Project Portfolio containing multiple projects
- Requirements Management: gathering, analysis, organization and reporting
- Documentation of new development (User Guide, Systems Guide, other)
- Coordinate activities across different organizational functions
- Help, develop and mentor PMO Team, and increase overall capacity of PMO Team
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
