Must-have requirements:
o IT M&A integration management office experience
o Executive-level communication and presentation skills
o IT background to help drive technical conversations related to information security, infrastructure, data management, and applications
o 5+ years PMO experience
Description:
IT PMO to stand up and manage the IT integration management office (IMO) as part of an M&A engagement. The IT PMO will be responsible the following across a number of workstreams:
o Running technical workshops
o Developing and managing a program plan
o Identifying and tracking action items, risks & issues
o Identifying and managing mitigating actions for risks/issues
o Providing regular status updates to stakeholders both by workstream and at the IT IMO program level
o Running executive-level meetings
o Identifying next steps and areas of improvement
