•            The resource needs to have good understanding in Core banking functionalities and knowledge with Oracle Banking platform

•            Should have experience in working with Java applications (Angular, JS, Micro webservices, Core java)

•            Availability and Flexibility to work in support environment

•            Weekend availability in case needed

•            Fixing the batch job failures with short turnaround time

•            Should be able to analyze the root cause and fix incidents

•            Ability to analyze stored procedures and production code

•            Coordination activities with Vendor (opening tickets, follow-ups, triage)

•            Should be expert using APM tools and build new dashboards and analyze for performance improvements

•            Communicate with clients and drive stand up meetings

•            Acknowledge work requests and coordinate with offshore team to deliver the business needs
