 Monitor the infrastructure and application• 8x5 support coverage – (On call support for P2 tickets beyond regular working hours)• Coordinate with COMPANY for engaging external teams & communication• Provide support for technical issues related to the application.• Coordinate with COMPANY any planned 3rd party infrastructure changes to the environment• Plan & execute any application related infrastructure changes• Provide support for any hardware and software upgrade related to the application• Supporting and providing information for Compliance Audit

Exposure to Linux & Windows Administration - Experience with app servers specifically: Tomcat, Jboss, Java - Exposure to performance troubleshooting and JVM fine tuning. (- Experience with deployment automation tools- Exposure to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery concepts- Experience with monitoring solutions such as: New Relic, Icinga (Minimum 2 years)
