4+ years of Information Technology experience
• Experience in running, creating SQL queries
• Additional experience in PowerBI and Cloud platform will be a plus
• Candidate has to Interact with business teams to understand the project requirements, including data analysis requirements. run real-time queries and present results to business
• Work with offshore team through-out the project timelines to design/review the planned solution
• Prepare BRD, Solution design documents and Assist the project team to develop/implement the solution
• Experience in Test cases preparation and execution and work with relevant project stakeholders for QA/UAT testing and support the production deployment activities
• Derive automation opportunities and make recommendations as needed
• Additional experience in PowerBI and Cloud applications like AWS, Snowflake will be helpful
Preferred Qualifications:
• 4+ years of Experience with CRM process in Finance Domain, preferably in Auto-Finance domain.
• 3+ years of experience in Credit Bureau Reporting line of business
• Must have hands-on experience using Data Warehouse Applications, running real-time queries. Well versed with different database, models, and SQL query creation
• ETL Informatica, PowerBI Develpoment, Stored Procedures configuration is a Plus.
• Knowledgeable on Auto Finance Domain is a Plus.
• Experience in Project Release Planning, Business Coordination and Support Implementing the Projects.
• Usage of JIRA and ALM tools is a plus
• Ability to Communicate Complex Technology solutions to diverse teams namely, Technical, Business and Management teams.
• Experience managing team size of 5-10 would be a plus.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technology
• Experience with Project Management tools and methodology a plus
