SQL DBA with AWS Experience

Primarily MS SQL Server with good experience on 2016 and above, cluster servicing, Production and Dev Support
Some on call responsibilities (on rotation
2 contractors working on the SQL Server side
Responsible for SQL Server config DB’s, maintaining SQL Server and processes, monitoring system health and performance
Poweshell scripting experience needed for server automation in AWS
Data Modeling experience
Applying critical security patches, rehydration prcesses quarterly
Database Administration primarily responsible with Microsoft SQL server 2016 and above, PostgreSQL, RDS for both Production and Development Support.
Candidates should be proficient with AWS Components EC2, IMA, Security Group, S3, Some knowledge of python, jenkins, & lambda development.
Candidates should have also worked on building AOAG (Always On Availability Group) HA (High Availability) solutions with SQL Server on Windows Cluster Services.
