Client is looking for a SQL Data Analyst with at least 5+ years of experience. They is going through a digital transformation and are moving HR data out of a SQL Database and moving to a data lake to help with get a better understanding of attrition, staffing and employee turnover. 

Top Skills needed:

• Mid-Advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Understand Tables in SQL to analyze the appropriate data to report
  • Ability to do SQL Joins
  • Experienced at sourcing data
• Requirements Gathering- They will not necessarily be doing this from the start, but will need to make sure they understand the data the digital team is asking for and dig in on how it will need to be used so they can hand over the data to the digital team the right way.
• HR Data (Hire dates, Termination dates, Time Clock, Vacancies, etc.) experience.
