Kubernetes Cloud Specialist
Candidate can start with remote option ( WFH) but has to be based in US and would eventually need to move to Irving Texas within a month's time after joining.
Mission
Ensure Telco Cloud operational excellence by implementing a deployment/ customization telco Cloud Delivery
Provide support to Customer implementation of Telco cloud products (NCS, CBIS and CBAM) solution,
Plans and performs technical activities to service the customer and brings expertise to customer site on need basis.
Responsibility
Excellent Kubernetes and Open stack deployment Knowledge, for E2E Support.
Should be expert in creation and execution of design and requirement docs for Telco Cloud Implementation (to perform activities on the network)
Lead as Project Technical function including Project Call-Out / emergency on-call support on demand basis. Carry responsibility of Technical Analysis & Technical contact Point, Coordinate actions and investigation of technical Issues between Customer, regional care management, tier2/tier3/ Product Line support teams.
Support Customer Lab for SW/ HW New Feature verification and validation.
Position Requirements
- Working knowledge of installing of Kubernetes and OpenStack and configuring security and infra CNFs/VNFs/PNFS such as FW,VPN and LBs
- Valid Kubernetes certification
- Working knowledge of Openstack triple-o
- Experience of installing and configuring Cloud Management and VIM products and their usage
