• Developing scoped applications for IT Service Management and Service Portal codebase.
• Migrating existing codebase from the global scope into scoped applications
• Providing production support and defect management.
• Researching and configuring new features as they become available in the ServiceNow Application.
• Creating integrations between ServiceNow and external applications and services.
• Follow development best practices as prescribed by team including change management.
• Working with the USAA ServiceNow Core team to implement and configure new and existing ServiceNow plugins and applications.
• Providing testing and validation of codebase for ServiceNow scheduled platform upgrades.

Skills :

• Scripting in ServiceNow including client scripts, business rules , UI policies, and UI actions.
• ServiceNow API querying tables using Glide Server (GlideRecord) and client-side scripting with GlideForm and GlideUser.
• JavaScript (AngularJS preferred),CSS,XML,JSON,and HTML
• SOAP and REST Web services and ServiceNow integrations
• SQL and Glide Query Language (GDL) in ServiceNow
• Object oriented programming in java or equivalent.
