- Strong knowledge in SAP CRM Web UI Configuration
- SAP CRM One Order Framework and Enhancements
- Strong knowledge of CRM Service module - Customer interaction, Account maintenance, Complaints, Incidents, Service Requests, Tasks.
- Experience in ERMS configuration
- Integration experience with CTI related tool like Genesys
- Strong SAP Middleware experience
- Lean Order Management
- Knowledge of working with ODATA services
- Candidate should be able to capture business requirements, prepare functional specifications, help technical team members
- Should be able to lead/perform functional, regression integration & UAT testing
- Should have basic ABAP debugging skills and able to understand the ABAP code
- Experience on working with API's will be a plus.
- Experience in working other SAP Modules like ECC, APO etc
- Excellent oral and written communication skills must convey thoughts and ideas simply and concisely
