REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  5+ years:

·            Utilization Management and business functions. (e.g. membership, billing, claims, NPS )

·            Extensive claims experience

·            Knowledge of the Healthcare industry.

·            Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written.

·            MS Office tools and SQL experience.

·            Knowledge of Waterfall/Agile.

·            Interpersonal and leadership skills including the ability to work with both internal and external customers and all levels of the organization.

·            Very good problem solving and conflict management skills including the ability to manage conflict and find mutually acceptable resolutions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

·            Claims and benefits System.

·            Business process improvement experience.

·            Analytics and Problem solving Experience

·            Experience with Data Warehousing ; Business Intelligence tools

Education/Certifications:

·            Bachelor degree required in Computer Science or Management Information Systems

·            Master degree preferred in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.

·            Certifications – preferred Agile and/or Scrum Master Certification
