1. Production planning and execution :

• Must have strong experience in Core MFG for - at least 12-15 years with experience of working in Make to order environment.
• Experience of working with Configurable materials or projects that used configurable materials would be a big plus. There is a need to have a clear view on complexities from configurable materials in handling Variants BOMs, routings as also impact on capturing cost information for producing such materials.
• There is also a need to have good understanding of integration with PLM/Engineering for document exchange as also in capturing the specifications of the component to be manufactured.

At least 3-4 E2E implementations in core MFG is a must. Role envisages engaging with stakeholders through blueprinting discussions from across multiple BUs to arrive at a harmonized process for Production Planning and execution. Consultant also needs to participate in Data migration discussions as also integration discussions with other streams to help build a Proof of concept of a harmonized solution that addresses customer needs of addressing pain areas and also the strategic objectives of achieving a harmonized solution.
