Seeking a process orientated BA with experience working with migration projects within Microsoft Dynamics. Organization is looking to re-implement D365 Sales Module for multiple lines of business. Successful candidate will have the following:

Role & Responsibilities:
Research and document business needs, process, data and requirements to provide clarity to project teams.
Develop user stories to capture functionality needs and provide measurable criteria for business users to test system against
Work with stakeholders and product owners to agree a pragmatic approach to the project.
Create functional, non-functional and technical requirements for each phase.
Support Dynamics CRM projects in both a functional and technical capacity by working directly with clients as well as the development team
Utilize your Dynamics expertise to analyze requirements and provide CRM solutions for a variety of clients, primarily in the healthcare and transportation industries
Build and configure dashboards and reports, anticipate and troubleshoot problems, assist technically at all stages of the project life cycle
Assist in unit and functional testing?
