- Extensive experience and hands on with leading complex performance testing projects
- Proficient with performance testing concepts , tools and terminologies
- Experience minimum 12+ years
- Proficient in analyzing requirements for performance testing & gathering NFRs
- Should be able to handle cross vendor transitions and communications to get required knowledge for testing
- Should be able to report and analyze the missing SLA objects
- Should be able to suggest on performance optimization and performance tuning in the environment
- Should be able to define data seeding strategies , performance testing roadmap and challenges
- Proficient with performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, performance center.
- Should be able to handle leadership requirements , questions
- Should have performance engineering background to answer technical queries
- Should be able to work and handle the project independently
- Should be able to work with onshore /offshore teams
- Preferable to have SAP knowledge and some hands on experience with SAP performance testing
- Should have skills of preparing and reporting performance test results , recommendations
- Should be able to perform POCs , feasibility study for finding out automation candidates
- Should be proficient in VB scripting with hands on knowledge
- Experience with business process testing framework
- Experience in determining automation test and data requirements, debugging , fixing issues.
Extensive knowledge in script development (Not just record and replay). Experience in writing custom codes from scratch and implementing logics
