Experience in Windows and Linus Engineering, SQL or Linux Shell Scripting

Basic knowledge of Middleware Technologies such as Weblogic, WebSphere, Tomcat.

Excellent analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Understanding of resource utilization/capacity planning and able to identify performance bottlenecks in a system.

Ability to influence and direct activities across a matrixed organization. 

Engineer required for administration of APM tools environment and performing operational support and tool onboarding configuration activities.

Participates in design, development and implementation of systems engineering activities, to include OS technical support, systems programming and data center capabilities.

Responsible for components of complex engineering and/or analytical tasks and activities.

Assists in establishment of input/output processes and working parameters for hardware compatibility and coordination of subsystems design and integration of total system.

Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor.

Four  years or more experience in implementation and administration of monitoring systems.

Perform platform, health checks, apply patches and assist in upgrading of the platform and agents.

Ability to  triage and troubleshoot Java/.Net/Oracle  applications on back end platform as well.

Self-motivated individual, able to work independently and well with a team located geographically in all parts of the world.
