- Row-Level Security, Restricting Sharing and Publishing, Restricting Export and Printing
- Managing App Workspaces, Apps, and Content Packs.
- Engage vendor to investigate and address software product related issues/defects
- Provide 24x7 on-call rotation with pager duty
- Basic Knowledge of and experience using the Microsoft suite of products.
- Having knowledge in managing the extract refresh Scheduled tasks, security administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and general systems maintenance.
- Experienced with Power BI Report Server and On-Prem Data Gateway Installation, Upgrades and Configurations
- Experience using different OS Servers
- Keep the services running with minimal disruption to our customers
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and willing to work under pressure
- Basic understanding of various database platforms
- Basic knowledge to investigate and resolve issues related to database client drivers
- Practical experience of basic SQL skills
