• Participating in the design and documentation of complex business intelligence solutions.
• Reporting on status of systems and projects on a regular and timely basis using Jira.
• Functioning with cross-functional team members using SAFe methodologies for product delivery.
• Ensuring the timely resolution of issues and delivery of insight products.
• Following departmental standards and guidelines.
• Escalating anticipated risks to management promptly and properly.
• Analyzing and soliciting requirements, preparing specifications, and iterating development with stakeholders to finalize deployment with agreement of defined acceptance criteria.
• Analyzing and identifing the need for improvement in existing process/applications, present solutions and implementation plan to team.
• Developing of products that effectively meet business needs at most effective costs. Provide quick resolution to user needs regarding systems problems

• Demonstrated expertise of Tableau, JIRA, relational databases, Office 365
• Demonstrated ability for delivering the BI products using Tableau, demonstrated ability to solicit requirements, acceptance criteria, and assuring quality delivery of insight products.
Years of Experience: 4+ years. Education Requirements: Bachelor Degree and equivalent work experience and technical training to fulfill the job description.
Develop Data Visualization and Dashboard Standardization for Servicing Operations
• Enhance existing and create new dashboards and visualization applications
• Analyze requirements, prepare specifications, and iterate development with stakeholders to finalize deployment with agreement of defined acceptance criteria
• Provide framework to utilize visualization principles and techniques to create best-practices and best-in-class dashboard designs
• Perform rigorous quality assurance steps to deliver highly accurate and reliable work products
Generate Insight to Action utilizing Data Visualization
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to transform business opportunities and use cases in actionable insights driven visualizations and stories
• Create visualizations and reports in Tableau that are dynamic, intuitive, effective and easily interpretable for a range of user types
• Turn abstract information from data analyses into appealing and understandable visualizations that improve business insights from the results of the analyses
• Promote Data Literacy through data visualizations
