• Ensure adherence with all security guidelines of TCS
• Receive and process ID card creation requests.
• Perform access control directives.
• Ensure all security related tasks are performed, monitored, and recorded in an organized fashion.
• Create monthly, weekly, and per-request reports on access control and CCTV systems.
• Act as point of contact for all security related issues, requests, and procedures; as well as external security contractors.
• Maintain a working knowledge of each of the sites under the purview of the GDC’s Admin group.
• Act as a company representative when corresponding with external companies, particularly when interfacing with security contractors.
• Document all security events and communications.
• Be responsible for the confidentiality of company information, particularly pertaining to access controls and CCTV.
• Enforce compliance requirements, as laid forth by each client.
• Ensure that information is available and actionable upon request, and that no issues impede the collection of routine information.
• Represent the security interests of the Administration team in a professional manner.
• Participate in audits as and when required
Qualifications: (Please list all required qualifications)
• Education requirement: High school
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deal with high stress situations
• Software and operating system literacy
• Able to take instruction and criticism
