Support development of performance test strategy, author performance test plan
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Liaise with project stakeholders as needed to support test automation
Defect management & triage
Manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Support development of progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Support status report content development to cover appropriate summary and detail, including result and RAG analysis in collaboration with project leadership
Collaborate with project team members and contractors, and influencing toward positive action in meeting objectives
Experience as a test automation lead
Strong understanding of large IT Project Management, Integration and/or Business Application QA Testing.
Demonstrated experience leading test efforts for utilities (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, OMS, SCADA, AMI, DERMS)
Expert level experience with Load Runner Enterprise (+ Performance Center)
Disciplined, self-starter and have the ability to execute on assignments independently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking is required.
