In this Project Management role, you will utilize project management best practices to ensure Business and IT requirements are met for CTO (Configure to Order) sustainability projects focused on infrastructure and computerized systems. You will work closely to align with the Project Lead(s) to drive on-time closure to manage project scope and timelines with cross functional teams from concept to implementation.
Requirements:
Work in a team environment, can facilitate high performing teams and decision making based on what’s best for the business/project with minimal direction
Ensure projects run smoothly by designing project plans, managing workflow, monitoring program progress, and reporting on key metrics
Sharing metrics, project risks, mitigation/contingency plans to minimize risks, and best practices throughout project
Clearly communicate overall deliverables to all team members in various areas of the business, including IT
Knowledge of project management principles including proficient use of project management tools and software to lead complex projects and deliver them to a successful conclusion
Working knowledge of computerized system requirements with GXP setting
Working knowledge of IT infrastructure capabilities and how it relates to the Business
Be able to build strong working relationships and keep the team focused on the project and manage and resolve challenges in project meetings
Report back to the Project Leads on a regular basis on progress, roadblocks and course corrections.
Excellent listening and communication skills in English (written, verbal and presentation)
Strong organizational, time-keeping, and multi-tasking skills; agile mind-set
Team Player who is result oriented and strong affinity to transparency
Must Have skills: PM skills, Infrastructure and IT knowledge and compliance (GXP) as defined by the FDA.
