1. Hands-on development skills on the latest Drupal versions, 
2. A fair bit of knowledge on Database and OOPS fundamentals ( dot net preferable). 
3. Engage with Business and IT on Project discussions, requirements Analysis etc.  
4. Exposure on 3 Tier architecture.  
5. Guide and mentor Offshore Technical Team, 
6. Adept on Architectural fundamentals, 
7. Conversant with working in Agile
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Ready to Work from Boston, MA starting April 2021
10. Amicable, friendly, good team player

Excellent Communicator and Customer Engagement skills. Must have prior extensive experience in working in Onsite-Offshore model
