5-10 years of experience in developing software applications in the Microsoft .NET stack or equivalent experience, advanced degrees, or demonstrated skills (the more senior the better) 

Need to be able to hit the ground running. 
SQL Server backend - this is very important, said usually candidates fall short here. They will be tested heavily in SQL skills, in charge of handling large sets of data.  
Database design, querying large sets of data (millions of rows of data a day), moving from one system to another, stored procedures. 
Strong understanding of object-oriented principles, .NET Core and Web APIs - all applications are written in this.  
Strong in C#
WEB APIs

DNN or DotNetNuke (This is a content management system; it allows the marketing team to be able to control the things on the website – ultimately saves developers time), or another CMS tool 
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD, preferably with Azure DevOps 
Microsoft Dynamics 365 – wants to bring CRM activities in house, wants someone who has experience integrating with API for Dynamics.
