- Minimum 5 years of Oracle database and SQL experience with writing queries.
- Must have Healthcare experience
- Must have Production support experience and able to research/debug production issues
- Problem solver who can use and analyze log files with good troubleshooting skills
- Salesforce lighting (service module) experience is nice to have
- Work on production issues assigned Work on application quality controls (QI) per SOP
- Proactively monitor and manage incidents and service requests assigned to meet targets for backlog and aging.
- Write SQL queries to research the issue and determine the impact list.
- Improve and or create documentation on known errors Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for reoccurring issues
- Provide value adds and ideas to improve/enhance the system
